I got a fish plate and jambalaya via GrubHub and it was delicious! Hot, fresh, and packaged nicely. The fish was truly exceptional. I've also dined in and had great experiences. The spaghetti and meatballs are also very good! Check this place out!
Food was great! Atmosphere was nice and cozy, very home-y vibes. Service was nice and speedy. Definitely recommend the gumbo, I had the chicken gumbo which was delicious. Also had a seafood platter which was solid, and boyfriend had the hamburger steak which he really liked. Overall a great experience and has definitely improved since Kitchen Nightmares! Will be back again!
Visiting friends who live in Gretna. They took me to one of their "favorite" restaurants. Upon arrival I realized I had seen the episode of Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares that featured this restaurant. Long story short my experience was excellent. The food was cooked perfectly. (I had stuff eggplant). The service was very good. However Miss Lydia absolutely made our dining experience feel like you were visiting your Aunt. Warm, friendly and welcomed. Thank you!
